Return Policy Statement: All sales of skincare products from Lucent Skincare, Laurel, and TOV product lines are final. Due to the personal nature of skincare products and to ensure the quality and safety of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once items have been purchased, opened, used, or the seal has been broken.

Products Covered Under This Policy. This all-sales-are-final policy applies to, but is not limited to, the following products:

  • Unburden Serum

  • Blemish Treatment

TOV Collection:

  • CaviPLLA+O2 Advanced Volumizing Serum

  • Promoter Repair Eye & Lip Cream

  • Promoter Repair Cell Moisturizer (Normal-Dry Skin)

The only exceptions to this policy are:

  • Products received damaged or defective upon delivery

  • Products shipped in error - In these cases, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt - https://www.lucentskincare.com/contact

  • Provide photographic evidence of the damage/defect

  • Include original order number

  • Keep all original packaging of damaged/incorrect items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Do not open or use the product

  • Document the issue with photos

  • Contact us immediately

  • Await further instructions for return authorization
