Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

In-Store Pickup:

  • In-store pickup is available for All purchases.

  • Pickups are available Tuesday - Friday 11am - 5pm.

  • Pickups on Saturday 10:30 am - 3pm.

  • Please call to set up a pickup. (415) 722-9374

Shipping Fees & Delivery Estimates:

  • Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer shipping at the following rates:

  • Shipping Method: UPS 5-7 business days

  • Shipping Fee: $15.00 flat rate

  • Free Shipping on orders over $150

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

  • We do not offer international shipping.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

  • Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.

  • Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday - Friday.

  • Packages do not ship on the following Holidays:

    • New Year’s Day

    • Martin Luther King Jr. Day

    • President’s Day

    • Memorial Day

    • 4th of July

    • Labor Day

    • Columbus Day

    • Veteran’s Day

    • Thanksgiving

    • Christmas

Shipment confirmation & order tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

Damages:

Lucent Skincare is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
